Unser „Gated Community Projekt“ befindet sich in Caaguazú, der Holzhauptstadt Paraguays, nur 5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Supermärkten, Banken, Fitnessstudios, Universitäten, Schulen, Haushaltswarengeschäften, etc….
Im „Eedencountry Club“ bietet unser Projekt personalisierte biologische Gemüsegärten und biologische Landwirtschaft, ein kostenloses Schulprojekt, ländliche Atmosphäre, alle Annehmlichkeiten, Strom, Glasfaser-Internet, Wasser aus eigenen unterirdischen Quellen, Erholungsbereich mit Schwimmbad.

Our project of a private neighborhood is located in Caaguazú, the capital city of wood working in Paraguay, just 5 km away from downtown, where you can find all amenities, supermarkets, banks, gymnasiums, universities, schools, stores of electric appliances, hardware stores, etc.

In Eden Country Club, our Project offers you customized organic horticulture and organic agriculture, a “free school” project, in a rural environment, with all utilities, including electric power, optic fiber Internet, water from our own well, entertainment area, including a swimming pool.

In Eden Country Club all the houses are built by our own company, in due compliance with all the standards of “passive house” techniques, using sustainable ecological building materials.
