In Eden Country Club, our Project offers customized organic horticulture and organic agriculture, a “free school” project, in a rural environment, with all utilities, including electric power, optic fibre Internet, water from our well, entertainment area, and a natural swimming pool. In Eden Country Club all the houses are built by our own company, in due compliance with all the standards of “passive house” techniques, using sustainable ecological building materials.

What is the next step
The first step to be taken in securing one of our opening special offers is to contact us and have a conversation. For us, first of all, is to be comfortable with each other and get to know each other better. When we feel comfortable and happy with your investment property, you and your family would have to first come to Paraguay to see the land, sign contracts and make your payments. All contracts and financial transactions must be done in Paraguay as per government law and financial regulators. Therefore, we can not accept payments or can do so if you are not here. All legal documents must be signed here in Paraguay with your relevant documents. We believe that transparency and information are the keys to avoiding misunderstanding and building trust.
Once all your contract is signed at the lawers and all transactions are done. The fun starts. You get to enjoy a beautiful journey in saying goodbye to your old life and embrace the new life with excitement rejuvenation and peace of knowing you made the right sustainable move forward for you and your family.
You and your family can have a house ready within 65 days or you can make use of our guest accommodation if you want to join us in the construction of your home and the landscaping of our community gardens.
